Dear Brother,

As I sit here tonight I still dont know if I can find the right words? I have had the honor to call you my brother for around 50 years and there dont seem to be any words I can put together to say how much you truly meant to me. I guess I could go on all night and talk about All the things we shared so I will try to keep it short. The Love you gave to me and my Family will always be deep in my heart and I will never forget.  You were always at my side through  the good and bad times  in my life and I will always love you for that. 
  Please say high to My Dad, Scot and uncle Rob. And your right (we'er not here for  long time just a good time). Well in my heart it wasn't long enough and it was more then just good it was GREAT.......... and I will miss you everyday.

You are my favorite person in the world. You have overcome so much and beat so many odds. It is really inspiring. I will never forget the last time we actually had a conversation. I was leaving and i gave you a hug and you squeezed really tight and when we let go i looked at you and you were crying and you said "be the best you can be". I love you grandpa.

 I know you always told me that were here for a good time and not for a long time.
 God must have wanted you to join Him in His Heavenly Kingdom because your good times were slowing down and He wanted you to be happy in His arms.
 As the years went on you became a very sincere and understanding person. You did a lot for Dad and I through the years and we will always be grateful and you will always be in my prayers.

Dear Marv, How can I put into words the loss that is felt among all of us you've left behind? Your now in a place of beautiful peace, free of pain and worry. Papa,
It has been almost three weeks since you have passed, but it feels like a life time. You taught me so much about life, like live it to the fullest, always give to others and except nothing back. But the best lesson is We aren't here for a long time, were here for a good time! And grandpa you truly lived everyday to that quote. 

I was known to you as your little princess and I will always be. We shared a special bond, that I am sure everyone was jealous of. Our bond will never be replaced and once we meet again we will catch up on everything that has happened in our lives. I bet you will have a lot to say, and so will I. 

You would never say "Goodbye" only "See you later" and to me it is still "See You Later." I know you will always be with me and i cant wait to see you again papa! I love you, and miss you terribly. I know you are in a better place and finally its about you(which you are probably still helping everyone else, like always). 

You were a strong man, but now the fighting is over and it is time to relax and enjoy your free life. Rest in Peace Papa.

It has been 2 weeks to the day that we said goodbye.  I lost the most amazing father, my mentor, my rock, my mom's soulmate, and my children's papa. I could not have asked for a better father or papa for my kids. 

I have tried many times to write on here and couldn't bring myself to do it.  Somehow today seemed to be the perfect day being it would have been your and mom's 49th wedding anniversary. 

I will forever cherish the times we shared. I am so greatful we had the opportunity to work so closely together for so many years. Although we had our moments at the office you always respected me.  As I did you.  

You taught me family is the foundation of our lives and that there will be times that it needs to reinforced.  But with a good foundation everything else will fall into place.  You taught me it is okay to forgive when you have been done wrong - just don't ever forget and learn from it.  I have learned that there will always be mountains to climb, but with faith and determination the feeling of reaching that peak will be well worth it. You also taught me that standing for what I believe in is a must even if others don't agree.  And most importantly through your words and actions I learned that I should always be thankful for what I have because there are others that have it worse. 

I will forever miss the sound of your voice, your touch, our conversations, the unconditional love you gave to all of us, and your funny stories.  

As we all know your motto was "I'm not here for a long time, but a good time".  Unfortunately for us our time with you wasn't long enough, but we did have a good time. I will be forever greatful of the time we did have together. 

You taught us that we should never say goodbye because that sounds too final so as you always told us "I WILL SEE YOU LATER".

Uncle Marv, sorry that I couldn't be there to tell you "see you later" but I know that you are no longer suffering.  Make sure to tell my mom hello for me, as I know she was waiting there for you.  Rest in Peace, You will be missed.  Love Paula Dee

Its been a few days now and I still haven't been able to come up with the words that can describe the heartache that we all have felt since you left us. It feels like a part of our family is missing. However, one of the many things you have taught me was that everything happens for a reason. I firmly believe that and take comfort in knowing that you are in a better place. I know in my heart that you know how much I loved you and how I looked at you more like a father than a grandfather. You have been there for me, and taught me right from wrong. Thank you for sharing with me some of the greatest memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I look forward to the day we get to meet again.

Grandpa,
I can't begin to express my feelins. You've taught me so much in life.  You are one of the most generous men in the world. The last dollar you had, if there was a starving person in need of that dollar. It went from your hand to theirs.  Life won't be the same without you, I know we all don't want you gone, we want you here with us sharing all these memories.  But that would be selfish because you've done nothing but give without expecting anything in return.  No reward, no glory, nothing.  Now it's time you did something for yourself.  You fought this off for as long as I can remember for us.  This time it was your turn to do it for you.  I guess what im trying to get at is that we're not here for a long time, but a good time. Grandpa, I've had nothing but good times with you and I expect to continue that when we meet at the peraly gates one day.

Dear Lynn, Marn and Jesse;  I am so sorry to hear about Marv.  You guys have been such an important part of my life for such a long time.  I wish I had stayed closer in touch. Dearest Lynn,

My condolences to you, Marnie, and your entire family.  I remember him most when we were in high school.  We had great times with him and your mom.  He was always smiling, had a sense of humor, and loved life and you all so much.
