Norman honorably served his country in the U.S. Army, carrying the values of duty and discipline with him throughout his life. After his time in uniform, he found his true sanctuary in nature. An avid outdoorsman, Norman was happiest whenever he was out on the water boating or casting a line at his favorite fishing spot.
When he wasn’t on the water, Norman was an enthusiastic movie fan. He had a deep appreciation for cinema, but his true passion lay in classic Westerns. He was also a loyal fan of Detroit Tigers baseball, rarely missing a chance to cheer on his favorite team.
More than anything, Norman loved being with his family. He anchored every gathering with his presence, and his greatest moments of joy were the times spent creating lasting memories with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
