Robert "Bob" Martin McNeil

Robert M. McNeil, age 73, passed away on April 16, 2024. Beloved husband of Kim McNeil, together for 40 years. Loving father of Robert McNeil and Heather McNeil. Dearest brother of Linda Martyniuk and brother-in-law of Kevin (Linda) Weishaupt, Keith Weishaupt and Kerry (Deanne) Weishaupt. Robert was predeceased by his parents Helen and Linwood McNeil; his brothers Richard McNeil; his brother-in-law Wally Martyniuk; his mother-in-law Uretta (Morley) Ireland Sr. and his father-in-law John Weishaupt. Robert will be missed by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Robert was born on December 2, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to Linwood and Helen McNeil. Robert graduated from East Detroit High School in 1969. He worked at Wolverine Mailing. Robert was an avid sports fan, especially of the Detroit Tigers. He held season tickets to the Detroit Lions for 20 years. He enjoyed playing on baseball leagues for many years. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 12:30pm until time of Funeral Service at 4pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville, MI 48066.
