Ronnie was a childhood neighbor and friend to my brothers.   I recall him as a sweet fun loving fellow.   He was "cool".   It was fun to watch Ronnie and the guys work on their cars.   I'm sorry for his passing. 

Sorry to hear Ron has passed. I grew up across the street from him on Fortuna. My sister, Nancy, shared the bad news. 

My memories of Ron were from childhood. ..1960s. Then Ron was a kind & happy fella. 

One memory was a summer go-cart race competition where Bob Kreucher & I competed with Dave & Ron Kuka who had teamed with the Hoin brothers & the Croke brothers. We built the go carts with 2x4s, spare wagon wheels, & borrowed bolts & nuts from our father's garage workshops. 

Good times growing up in Roseville.

Ron grew up across the street from my family. Our families often intermingled.  I remember having a crush on him. He seemed so "cool" to me! I didn't see him much as adults but I remember him fondly. 

I grew up right next door to Ron on Fortuna. He was a good neighbor and was always kind to me. I remember the Fortuna gang  getting together and playing running bases in the street.  Those are great memories!!  I never knew his birthday was so close to mine. 
This is very sad and unexpected news. 
My sincere condolences to the entire family.

Ron and I grew up together in Roseville.  I lived across the street.  
 We were good buddies.  I was hoping to see him up in Tawas this summer.  We spent time back in the day cruising in his 1966 Chrysler and my TR-4.  I remember the white seats and the copper color of that car.   And there are some stories I can't tell.  He was a smart and funny guy.  I will miss him.
