Stephen J. Rinaldi, Sr., age 80, a longtime resident of Shingleton, Mich., Roseville, Mich., and St. James City, Fla., died in his Shingleton home on October 7, 2012. He was born May 8, 1932. He retired a Sergeant from the Roseville police department after 30 years of service. He also served 18 years as a G.R.A.M.P.A. Cop in Fort Meyers, Fla. His favorite pastime was spending time in his log home, watching tv, the bears and other wildlife on his property. Stephen was preceded in death by his loving wife, Barbara D. Rinaldi. He is survived by his children, Cathi (David) Rinaldi-Humphreys, Stephen Rinaldi, Jr., Roy (Sue) Rinaldi, Ronald (Kathy) Rinaldi, Elizabeth (Ken) Rinaldi-Coots, William (Sue) Studier, Cheryl (Bill) Studier-Guthman, and Beverly Studier; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
