Dad I am who I am today because of you. You taught me strength, courage and steadfastness. You always said I could do anything I put my mind to. I have accomplished many things, because you told me I could and I believed you. Thank you!
I hold dearly the memory of the many nights I sat out in the driveway keeping you company watching you work on a car. You taught me, and I could name everything under the hood. Sadly, I can’t remember any of it now.
The better of me is what I got from you and mom. I love you, I love you, I love you!
Your first born❤️

My favorite memory is Tony , Mac and my dad Justin, having a hose water fight!! I remember Tony being up on the roof of the house squirting my dad and Mac. Hilarious!! Some where there is a movie of it. Also remember the wonderful cookies Ernie made. Rest In Peace . ❤️

Even though dad was a little too young to be my father, he was the father figure in my life for many years. I will certainly miss the trips with him to McDonald's to get a senior coffee (Don't forget the napkins), and checking the gasoline prices from Roseville to Shelby Township, or wherever we decided to go that day. I'll miss the Rummy lessons I took sitting at his kitchen table. He always seemed to win two more games than I did on any given day. His memory was sharp as could be when Paula and I took him to Detroit a couple of weeks ago to see the house he grew up in on Baldwin. She asked if he remembered the address and he responded "1463" quick as a flash. Lots of great memories!
