Tom was a very skillful Director of the Roseville DPS.
The many improvements he made to the City Of Roseville infrastructure will long live on.  So will my memories of the many years of honorable service he gave to the Roseville community.

I cant believe we have lost another friend,and again much to early like the others. Its hard to figure out and harder to except the Lords plan and what the future holds for us. Romans 8:28 says And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him and have been called according to his purpose. I truly believe Tom will be enjoying eternity with his brother and parents and Ann. We will regret the times we were all supposed to get together and never did, and remember all the memories we have. Rest in peace my friend until we meet again.
