First time and only person I ever rode on a motorcycle at around age 5, maybe 6 was with Tom.  I remember the first time ever driving, I was so little Tom put me on his lap. So many great memories of our neighbor. Was  a great friend to my mother Butchie Barney, may God rest their souls,  RIH.

When my brother and I were little we always enjoyed seeing Uncle Tom. I have so many memories it's hard to pick just one. I always remember him being the most unique person. He ALWAYS had something new to show my brother and I when we came over to visit. Things from rocks to fossels to something pretty he found at a yard sale.  As for a memory. It wasn't too long ago but he was staying at Uncle Phill's. We tried to play the movie "Saving Private Ryan". The sound didn't work. But he and I sat resiting the movie as if we could hear it anyways. He will always be missed!
