Virginia H. Wiggins, age 81, a resident of Roseville, passed away March 20, 2012 in Warren. She was the beloved wife of the late John David Wiggins; loving mother of the late Katherine Curtis, Patricia (Jeff) Colfer, and Thomas Wiggins; proud grandmother of Kelly Curtis, Michelle Colfer, Jeffrey Colfer, Sage-Thomas Wiggins, and Beau-Ryan Wiggins; and dear sister of Dorothy Knoer.
