My dearest and sweetest Nana, while I’m happy that you are at peace and with Ricky and Harold and all the loved ones that have passed before you. I’m heartbroken that because I did not get to see you one last time. I know that you and Ricky have a lot to catch up on and boy am I sorry that I’m missing out on that conversation! I remember when I was little, I’d sit on your lap and play with your hair, and you would sing me “you are my sunshine”. I remember sleepovers with Clayton and swimming in the pool and playing with the crane’s grandkids. Sledding at the park around the corner and going to St Angela’s fair. I will relent it all and forever and ever my Nana you will be! Love you to the moon and back.

I’m so saddened by the loss of my dear sweet second cousin Wanda. She was ALWAYS so loving and sweet & kind & caring to me. She would call me and check up on me periodically and I will miss that very much. She had a smile that radiated throughout a whole room. My deepest sympathy to the whole family in the loss of their mother & grandmother & great grandmother & all other family members who are losing such a great woman and the rock of the family !! Wanda had a heart of gold !! I also remember her love and passion for her animals when she would call me. She will be deeply missed by many and I will miss our chats on the phone. R.I.P Wanda ♥️ and give my mother Bonnie ♥️ kisses and hugs for me. Wanda and her cousin/my mother ALWAYS loved and missed their roots in Kentucky and were true southern ladies all their lives. I loved hearing the stories of the past. I love you with all my heart Wanda and until we meet again !!

My sweet Gramcracker. I'm not exactly sure words could ever describe our bond. You mean more to me than the sunlight means to the earth! All of my memories of life have you in them and I'm not sure how my "new life" will be without you physically here. Heartbroken. I'm so thankful for the 30+ years I have shared with you. The bond you have created with your great grandson, Austin, has warmed my heart like hot chocolate. You two are so sweet and I know he is missing you. Grams, the life and love you have radiated into the world for 92 years, I only hope to share the same light with everyone. Thank you for helping mold me into the woman I am today, thank you for creating my strong willed mother (she gets that from you), and most importantly thank you for loving me unconditionally- flaws an all! I hope your great grandson met you at heavens gates along with your son, Uncle Ricky, and your loved ones. I'll miss you for an eternity until we meet again. I love you more my angel!! 💛💔

Graham cracker was full of life. I remember at Brycens gender reveal party, she asked several people for cake. She must have eaten 4 or 5 pieces! Loved it! She loved cake and her family! God bless her and the family!

I was saddened by the loss of such a beautiful soul! Wanda has been a family friend for a long time. I’m thankful and blessed that I had the pleasure of helping to take care of Wanda for some time. She would reminisce about the times that my dad would go and visit with her and some of the senior trips they took together. She would always ask about my brother Karl and the rest of our family. I’m grateful that she got to have at least one southern meal with my husband and me. She loved the fried green tomatoes, the most. I love Wanda and her family. My heartfelt condolences go out to Brenda, her girls, and the rest of the family. Sending hugs and prayers to all for strength and healing! Love you all! God bless from Karyn & Will.

Dear Wanda,

You've always treated me like family and are like a mother to me. It saddens me that you are gone but Im happy, for you are resting in peace. These last few years have had sad times for you, losing Ricky and all. Id like to think the two of you are visiting and laughing up a storm remembering the good ol' days.

Goodbye for now and God bless your soul.
