As a neighbor and then a friend, I will miss her very much. I could go to her for a cup of sugar or for advice. I am very sad with her passing.

I've known Wanda since I was basically knee high to a grass hopper. She loved to tell stories about the good ol' days about her Dad, Mr. Ed Newcomb, she cherished the Red Wings, and we always heard the stories about the grandkids and hockey play. One time, Chris Chelios came to my work to launch his Cheli's Chili distribution with Lipari Foods and he came in to sign autographs. When I heard this the light went on in my head...I just have to get a signed pic of Chris Chelios for Wanda, and she cherished it. I will miss you at the Elks Wanda, when ever we would chat we would reminisce about the old days -- the good old days. A kind soul and selfless person that God will welcome in open arms. Mike, Michelle, Lisa and Family, Wanda will aways be cherished in our hearts and memories and we were all so blessed to have her in our lives. God Bless!
