William Phelps III, age 59 of Roseville, passed away January 17, 2013. Bill is survived by his dog Axle, his sister Lucille (Jack) Sobjack and nephews Jack W. Sobjack and Jason S. Sobjack. He is predeceased by his parents William Jr. and Lura (nee: Barrett) Phelps. Bill worked as a CNC machinist at Chrysler for 27 years. He loved his dog, race car and motorcycles. Visitation will be held on Monday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
