So sad to find out about Akbar’s passing.  He was a kind and gentle soul and as a fellow foreign student, I remember him well from college days in the mid-80’s.

May Akbar RIP and I hope Denise, family, and friends find comfort in the difference he made in his world.



Some days are past and I still waiting for his call, if I didn't call him every week or so, he would call or leave me short massage and that was the highlight of my day...that was going on for last seven years. Today again I miss talking to him so much, that is why I opened this page He was my dear Friend for 40 plus years and I always been proud to have such a caring and genuine firend .
I was mourning my brothers anniversary on March 3rd when I heard that we lost him . He will be in my hearth and thought as much as my brother is. God bless his wife and children.

Dad, you will always be the strongest man I've ever known. Cancer never took that from you; you never gave up the fight. I am lucky and honored to be your son. You loved us all so well and sacrificially. The world is missing such a kind, genuine, honest, hard-working man now. God bless you, baba. I love you more than you could ever have known. I'm gonna make you proud.

I am so very sorry to hear of this.  My prayers to with his family.  He was one of the kindest people I've ever met.

Mr. Akbar Akvan my best friend, first time I meet him over 40 years ago, went to same middle, high school in Kuwait and went to same college in the USA , after graduation we established computer business partners for many years, Akbar always smiles and great person and he loves his family … I love you Akbar and you are forever will be my best friend and keep you and your family in my prayers.  GOD Bless your wife Denise and your children , your family and friends...

Mr. Akbar rasied wonderful children and I know he will be missed. My thoughs and prayers go to his family.

I'm so sorry we can't be there. He was such a kind man. We love you and are keeping you in our prayers.

Akbar helped keep me from being scared on my first trip across the Atlantic. He was a Phi Delta Tau brother who took great pride in watching out for us fraternity little sisters. He made me laugh and made me think. He made the world a better place and I am blessed to have known him.
