Allan “Al” Cobb, 92, formerly of Roswell, GA passed away on February 27, 2012. Allan served as a pilot on a B25 in WWII and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Purple Heart. He was a long time participant with Habitat for Humanity, a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He is preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Marie Cobb and survived by his children, Jonathan and his wife Doria Cobb, Leisa Norwood; grand-daughter, Jessica Norwood; sister, Nancy Williams. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on March 2 at Roswell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (www.woundedwarriorproject.org).
