Bartolome was born to the late Feliciano Bagay and the late Isabel Carlos Bagay on August 24, 1947 in Navotas, Philippines. He was a loved Professor, a brilliant Mechanical Engineer, and a studious Business Man.
His memory will be cherished by wife, Helenietta Junio Bagay; daughter, Romielyn Bagay Joson and son in-law, Sherwin Kris Joson, grandson, Mason Jules Bagay Joson and granddaughter, June Adriana Bagay Joson; son, Roullen Junio Bagay and daughter in-law, Onjynea Bagay, grandson, Rylen Jet Bagay and granddaughter, Olivia Lynn Bagay; son, Rommel Junio Bagay and daughter in-law Mandi Jean Bagay, grandson, Reese Anthony Bagay and granddaughter, Alina Rose Bagay, and many extended family members and friends.
