Barton Truman Blackman, 46, of Alpharetta, GA passed away on August 19, 2011. Bart was a beloved son and father, Alumni of Miami University and member of Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Cameron Barton Blackman and survived by a son, Collin Thomas Blackman; daughter, Kendall Brooke Blackman; parents, Beverly and Truman Blackman. A visitation will be held on August 22 at Roswell Funeral Home from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm with the funeral service on August 23 at Roswell Funeral Home at 11:00 am. Burial will take place after the funeral at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bart’s name to Cure Child Cancer or Camp Sunshine.
