A Celebration of Life for Catherine “Katie” Cox, of Roswell will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 2 PM in the Chapel of the Roswell United Methodist Church, 814 Mimosa Blvd., Roswell, with Dr. Mike Long, and Rev. Nancy Lane officiating. The family will receive friends in the Church Parlor following the Memorial Service. Katie was born on August 20, 1920, the oldest of 5 children and peacefully passed away on September 16, 2014. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Jim Cox. She is survived by children, Susan (Alan) Dunlap of Sandy, Utah, and Ken Cox of Marietta; grandchildren, Sarah (Kevin) Haworth, Joshua and Rachel Dunlap, Dalton and Branson Cox, her sister Mary (Red) Stephens and brother Harold (Betty) Glover and many nieces and nephews.
