

Charlotte is survived by her loving son, David Livingston, his wife Beth Livingston, her grandson, Max Livingston and her cousin Barbara Mallonee of Pennsylvania.
Charlotte was a proud native of Atlanta. She attended Grady High school, received her bachelors’ degree from North Georgia College and her master’s degree from Georgia State University. Charlotte retired from the Georgia Department of Human Resources.
Charlotte loved celebrating and spending time with her family. She was very proud of her son David’s accomplishments. She loved talking about technology with him and enjoyed his expertise in the field to help her keep up with the latest gadgets and tech which she used daily.
Charlotte and her daughter-in-law, Beth shared a love of shopping, finding the “perfect” bag and spending family time together.
Charlotte was enamored by her only grandchild Max, who is a junior at Auburn University. She loved his sharp wit and sense of humor. Max called her Char which became the name that her extended family called her too. She always kept up with Max’s latest interests and adventures. She texted him often and loved to surprise him with gifts to show that he was always in her thoughts.
Charlotte enjoyed traveling and had visited multiple countries and she loved the beach. She practiced T’ai Chi Chih and became an instructor. She enjoyed teaching and sharing the mindfulness movement meditation with others. Charlotte played golf and was a member of the Golf Club of Georgia.
Charlotte was a bundle of energy and always had a smile. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones.
Due to COVID, the family will hold a private memorial service on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Roswell Funeral Home.
