

Cloie (Freda) spent her childhood in Roswell, Georgia and throughout those years, she enjoyed family vacations to one of her favorite place, Jekyll Island Georgia. After graduating from Roswell High School, Freda became a housewife and remained in Roswell for years to come.
After Cloie (Freda) retired from Lockheed Martin, Cloie (Freda) would split her time between Melbourne Florida and Beech Mountain North Carolina for many years before returning to live with family in Canton Georgia.
Those who knew Cloie (Freda), knew that she was known for her athleticism, especially her love for tennis, golf, and softball.
Cloie (Freda) was the beloved wife of Jeffrey L Horseman. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to all who met her.
She will be deeply missed by her family, Kyle Copeland, Vickie Rogers (Michael), Kim Hanes, Brian Horseman (Robin), Michael Horseman, her grandchildren Sydney McAfee (Tim), Mackenzie Rogers, Natasha Davis (Joe), Julie Hanes, Maggie Phillips (Anthony), Taylor McBee (Mitchell), Daniel Horseman (Kaity) and her eleven great-grandchildren.
Cloie was be preceded in death by her husband Jeffrey Horseman, her parents Hubert Lowell and Cloie Mae Conner, her son Glenn D. Copeland, Jr. and her son in law, Mark Hanes.
While we are deeply saddened by the passing of Cloie (Freda), it’s her legacy that we will forever hold in our hearts.
