

He was born April 28, 1945, in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, Philippines to Ulpiano and Gertrudes Gutlay. He graduated college at Far Eastern University. He migrated to the United States in 1973. He worked for Goldkist and Home Depot where he retired in 2007.
Conrado’s life would seem too short to many, but those who knew him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His gentle smile, sense of humor, friendliness and kindness touched the heart of many. He gave courage and hope and counseled the preciousness of religion, family and life.
A devoted Catholic, he was an active sponsor of Santo Nino and Our Lady of Manaog. His devotion to the Philippine American community of Georgia was beyond question. He was involved in various community projects and he served numerous Philippine American organizations creditably and with distinctions.
Conrad is survived by his loving wife, Judy; daughters Jennifer and Arlene; son-in-laws Engielo and Eric; grandson Kristian and granddaughters Faith, Kaitlyn, Kara and Lauren.
The family will be receiving visitors on Thursday, February 24th and Friday, February 25th, 2011 between the hours of 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076. Funeral Mass Service will be held at Saint Brigid Catholic Church, 3400 Old Alabama Road, Alpharetta, GA 30022 at 1:30 PM on Saturday, February 26th, 2011 and Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mount Vernon Highway NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
