Obituary of Cynthia Kuratnick Bolick
Ms. Cynthia Kuratnick Bolick, age 65, of Alpharetta, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Cynthia was born on March 14, 1957, in Martinsville, Virginia, a daughter to the late Michael and Helen Kluznik Kuratnick. Cynthia was a very hardworking, loving, and kind individual. She was always dressed to the nines regardless of where she was going or what she was doing. Cynthia’s greatest joy came from being a mother to her only child Christopher and spending quality time with him. By being born and raised in Virginia, it came natural for Cynthia to attend the University of Richmond. She graduated with a Bachlor’s degree in Business Management and countless college memories she would cherish for a lifetime. Cynthia spent twenty five years working for Hartford Insurance, serving in several capacities. Following her retirement from Hartford she went on to work for Travels Insurance as an Account Executive Officer. When not working Cynthia could be found traveling, eating a good meal, or spending time with friends. She was a wonderful mother, sister, and friend; Cynthia will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one brother, Michael Kuratnick. Cynthia is survived by her only child, Christopher Bolick of San Francisco, California; brother, David and Sally Kuratnick of Greensboro, North Carolina; a sister, Mary Ann Kuratnick of Alpharetta, Georgia; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends also survive. A Celebration of Life honoring Ms. Cynthia Bolick will be held at two o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, May 21, 2022 in the sanctuary of Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church with a reception to follow. In lieu of customary remembrances the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
