Deborah Jean (Dial) Kelley, age 87, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025. Born on May 15, 1938, in Blenheim, South Carolina, Deborah devoted her life to caring for others and serving with compassion, strength, and dignity.
A proud veteran, Deborah served in the Army Nurse Corps before pursuing advanced nursing studies. She went on to become a nurse anesthetist, a role in which she cared for countless patients with skill and kindness. Her final position was at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida, where she was deeply respected by colleagues and patients alike.
Deborah lived in Georgia during the final year of her life, but her longtime home was Indian Rocks Beach in Largo, Florida, a community she loved dearly. Beyond her professional achievements, Deborah found joy in her involvement with The Questers historian group and in her faith as a member
of Christ The King Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be held in January 2026 in Largo, Florida, where family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate her life.
