Your life was worth more than a lot of people know to me. I learned a lot from you sweating on and off field. I wish we were blessed with more time to talk about or struggles. I miss you BIG E rest in peace. They still gonna have to deal with us even though your in skies looking down over the field. Guide me in ways some may never understand.  It's Love 

My dear Ebele,words fail me to say the least. I am so heartbroken, I can’t even believe we are talking about you in past tense. I cannot forget your hearty hugs and the way you would introduce me to any one who cared to listen as your favorite auntie. You were indeed my favorite nephew. I also remember as a little boy how you would come to my house and refuse to go back home. The very week you passed you called me and asked me to make you  Nigerian Salad. Little did I know that would be the last time I will cook anything for you.
You were such a compassionate, caring and kind person.

I will always remember Ebele as a kind, gentle, handsome and such a talented young man. It was so exciting to watch him play football , and he was always  a joy to be with. May he rest in eternal peace.

We are  shocked and saddened by the passing of Ebela.  What an honor to have known him, coached him, and have been blessed by his presence.  He leaves an indelible mark on all of all who knew him… friends, players and coaches alike. He was  the cornerstone  on the 2006 team that will live permanently in Roswell Football history. But more than that, he was a young man whose simple presence made us all better. I will miss that smile!  Heaven’s gain!

Ebele! I love you bro! Your positive energy on our football shined brighter than the sun! I'll never forget the great conversations we had leaving practice or summer workouts. You were an amazing teammate and friend. You always had everyone's back and you never gave less than 100% God bless you and your family my brother.  Till we meet again!

Ebele was a great person, teammate, and friend. Through countless hours of early morning workouts, two a days, and seemingly never ending practices, Ebele was a constant source of positivity. His smile and sense of humor were infectious. Despite his talents and size, I never saw him treat anyone or anything, as less than.  

When I got injured before our senior year, I remember that Ebele was one of the first people who came to see me, and one of the first people to make me smile. 

I wish I could return the favor, but I know you are already smiling.

You were a kind soul, a bright light that went out too soon. Your compassion for others was very obvious; one sacrifice I never forget was you getting Somie from school during your lunch time from work for several days when I came visiting and couldn’t manage that. We will miss your gentle presence, hearty laughs and kindness. Rest in peace!
