Ed honorably served in the United States Army. He enjoyed a career with McKesson, retiring as the Director of Services/Support. While working for McKesson, he met the love of his live, Paula McQueen and subsequently moved to Georgia where he spent the remainder of his life.
Ed was a fun-loving man who was genuinely enjoyed by his family and friends. He also had a special love for his cats, Lydia and Lucy. He enjoyed baking, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Ed had a special gift to make the people around him smile and he will be remembered as always having fun.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and stepfather and will be deeply missed by those lucky enough to have known him. He is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Paula McQueen; his daughters, Tina Kotliarchuk, Nicole Kotlarz, his stepson Samuel Conder (Jenny), and grandchildren, Alex Kotliarchuk, Madeline Conder, Rylee Fontaine, and Jaxson Fontaine.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends and family consider making a donation to the Forsyth County Humane Society in Ed's memory.
