Evelyn Garner Cook, 106, passed away on May 23, 2014 in Roswell Georgia. She was born January 11, 1908 in Atlanta GA to Mr. and Mrs. George W. Garner. She was educated in the Atlanta Public Schools. She was preceded in death by her husband Grady H. Cook; she is survived by her sister, Lillian G. Bailey of Roswell, GA and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Roswell Funeral Home with Rev. Nancy Lane officiating, Entombment will follow at Westview Cemetery in the Abbey. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 27 starting at 11:00 AM until service time. Roswell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
