

Frank Link Forester Jr. passed away on July 14, 2026. Link was born on January 20, 1940 in Thomasville, Georgia. Link, also known as Big Daddy, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and he will be forever remembered for his love of Jesus, his pleasant and humorous personality, and his devotion to family and friends. Link played football for Thomasville High School, served in an Army tank division, graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and loved playing golf with his buddies at Horseshoe Bend CC. Link was a respected land broker at Carter and Associates for most of his working life, and he finished his career at Legacy Realty. Link will be deeply missed by his sons, Link Forester III and Blake Forester, his daughter-in-law, Carla Forester, his 3 grandchildren and their spouses, his 5 great-grandchildren, and his many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Eleanor Forester, his wife Gloria Forester, his sister Sally Logue, his brother Sid Forester, and his grandson Tyler Forester. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 on September 3, 2026, at The Perimeter Church Chapel to worship the Lord and honor Link's life.
