

Howard graduated from Shaw High School where he played varsity football. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He married Janet Fort Schell on August 3, 1946 and they were married for 69 years. Howard worked as a Sales Manager throughout the states of Ohio and Georgia for General Dynamics and later Diamond Saw Works.
Howard is survived by his loving wife, Janet Schell, his three daughters and their spouses, Teri and John Mannino, Sally and Brett Eastman, and Nancy and Jake Hale, grandchildren Tara Mannino Henley, Amy Mannino Henry, John Mannino, Leslie Mannino McCullough, Christi Mannino, and Michael Mannino, great-grandchildren, Jamison Henley, Faith Henley, Stella Kate Henley, Cason Henry, Sophia Henry, Colton Henry, Brooklyn Henry, Isabella Mannino, and Beau McCullough.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Howard’s life will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 13, 2015 at St. Brigid Catholic Church, Roswell, Georgia where he was an Usher and Eucharistic Minister.
