Inez Passmore

Inez McLendon Passmore, age 103, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away on June 26, 2019. Inez was born and raised in Jackson Gap, Alabama. She graduated from Dadeville (AL) High School, and beautician school in Birmingham, AL. At the completion of her education, she operated the Berkstresser Beauty Salon in Dadeville. Inez enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening and crossword puzzles.

Inez is preceded in death by her husband, David; daughters, Joy Lynn Passmore and Frances Passmore Jones; Sisters, Rozelle McLendon and Edith McLendon Stewart; and brothers, Avery McLendon and Hershel McLendon.

Inez is survived by her son, Robert Passmore (Judy); son-in-law, Allen Jones; brother, C. Guy McLendon; grandchildren, Lynn Jones Raunikar (Frank), Dave Jones (Camille), Lisa Passmore Ruschak (Scott), and Mark Passmore (Jessica); twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 6, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA, 30076. The funeral service will be in the funeral home chapel, beginning at 1:30, with interment in Green Lawn Cemetery following the service.
