James Welton Westbrook, age 80, of Charleston, South Carolina passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. James was born April 3, 1941 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Eva Christine and Howard Preston Westbrook.
James leaves three loving children behind to cherish his memory.
A visitation will be held on March 1, 2022 from 11am to 1pm at Roswell Funeral Home with a Funeral Service celebrating his life to follow.
