Janet Powell Moore

Mrs. Janet Powell Moore, 75 of Roswell Georgia departed this life at her daughter's home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Janet was born on a Wednesday, March 16, 1938 in Blairsville, Georgia to her late parents, Louis Bunyan and Ora Elizabeth Dyer Powell; she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, William (Bill) O. Moore. She was a loving and devoted Mother ,Grandmother and Great Grandmother to her following survivors; her daughter's and son's in law, Donna and Danny Mason, Diana and Ron Rollins, Dixie and Stacey Dave; son, Danny Moore; brother, Louis Powell, sisters, Joan Powell and Sadie Gabler; 14 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren. A Memorial service to celebrate the Life of Janet will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 2:00 in the Chapel of Roswell Funeral Home with Pastor Brenda Westmoreland officiating, a Reception will follow the service in the Funeral Home. Janet's Cremains will be buried along with her loving Husband Bill in Charleston, South Carolina on Saturday January 18, 2014.
