Joan had a knack for connecting with people and she touched many lives. She was a friendly, energetic barista at Starbucks for 15 years serving clients, and their pets, with excellence. Joan was loved and respected by her fellow Starbucks “Partners.” In addition, she had a passion for dogs and was a pet sitter for more than 10 years. She established many relationships and made lifelong friends.
Joan loved her family as she enjoyed having her family and friends around. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.
Joan is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Kurt and Patricia. She is survived by her brother, Neil Soloway, sister, Deborah Cecil (Bill), nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
There will be a zoom celebration of life on January 17 at 4pm, please rsvp to [email protected]
