John Talbot Perkins, 83, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away on January 6, 2015. A memorial service will be held on January 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Roswell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Paralympics, www.paralympic.org.
