Karissa Rose DeMilord was born on August 25, 2015 and passed in the arms of her mother, Desiree DeMilord, on December 26, 2015. Karissa has impacted the lives of everyone that met her along with many others that did not get the opportunity to meet her during her four months of life. Despite her medical history, the beautiful smile that would form on her face was always on full display. She enjoyed the love that she felt from her mother and father, Schly DeMilord, as well as the rest of her extended family. She is survived by her parents, both maternal and paternal grandparents, seven aunts, four uncles, and a host of cousins, great aunts, and great uncles. John 5:28,29 gives the hope of being able to see precious Karissa alive and well and we look forward to that day when she is reunited with her family.
