Born on September 24, 1962, in Berwyn, Illinois, to Charles and Donna Daisy, Kathy lived a life defined by kindness, compassion, and an unwavering love for her family, friends, and animals.
Above all else, Kathy was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Being a mother was the greatest joy of her life, and she was endlessly proud of her three sons, who remained the center of her world. She treasured every moment spent with her family and found her greatest happiness in watching them grow and celebrating each of life's milestones alongside them.
Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Kathy knew what an incredible light she was. She had a way of walking into a room and instantly making it brighter. Her infectious smile, warm heart, generous spirit, and genuine kindness made everyone feel welcomed, loved, and at ease. She celebrated the joys of others as if they were her own and never missed an opportunity to encourage, support, or simply show up for the people she loved.
Kathy is survived by her loving sons, Kyle Rasler (Sheena), Cory Rasler (Karina), and Connor Rasler (Rika); her cherished grandchildren, Kia, Koan, Kaliko, and Jack; her beloved mother, Donna Daisy; her loving sister, Kim Martin; her brother, Dave Daisy (Sally); as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
