

Mrs. Kuglar was born on June 10, 1923 the youngest of six children, born to Sallie Belle Fuller and Albert Jonah (Abb) Fuller in Rocky Mount, Meriwether County, Georgia.
At a very young age, Lillian joined the Methodist Church and served in various Methodist churches for many years. She graduated Rocky Mount High School where she played basketball, serving as the team captain, and enjoyed other activities in the small school. Upon graduation, she moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area. She worked at National Biscuit Company and retired from that company after 43 years of employment. In Atlanta, she met and married Ernest W. Kuglar. They were married fifty-plus years, until his death in 2002. Throughout her life, Lillian enjoyed dancing, gardening, and deep-sea fishing trips with her husband and their friends. In 2014, alone, and in failing health, Lillian entered LaGrange Health and Rehab Center in LaGrange, Georgia, where she continued to live until recently.
In addition to her husband and her parents, Lillian is preceded in death by an infant son and one daughter, Linda Ann Kuglar Freking; four brother, Jonah, James, Walter, and William Fuller; and one sister, Sarah Fuller Baxley.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on February 17, 2020 from 11:30 until 1pm at Roswell Funeral Home in Roswell Georgia. A Graveside Service will be at 2pm at the West View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Mrs. Lillian Fuller Kuglar.
