Lori was born to the late Alden and Jessie Craft on April 8, 1955, and grew up with her siblings, Gary, Gregg, and Alieze in New Jersey and Ohio. After graduating from college, she worked in the technology industry before becoming a mother to her two children, Morgan (Kelleher) Eddy and KC Kelleher. She later enjoyed a second career as a physical therapy medical assistant, where she greeted everyone with a smiling face and a supportive ear.
Above all, Lori loved to take care of others. She was tremendously proud of her children; her greatest joy was to watch them marry their best friends, Chris Eddy and Emily (Kraemer) Kelleher, and become parents to her five grandchildren: Barnes, Charlie, Mallen, Sally, and Poppy, who all adore their “Belle”. Known for giving the best hugs, she was often a “second mom” to her children’s friends and was commonly described by her nieces and nephews as one of the “cool aunts”. A fantastic storyteller with a sharp wit, Lori was a loyal and supportive friend to many who loved spending time with her church’s small group and saying “yes” to new adventures.
Lori’s life will be celebrated with food, family, and friends on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 3 – 5 pm at the Lake Berkeley Chapel at 4043 S. Berkeley Lake Road, Berkeley Lake, GA 30096. To honor her fun-loving spirit, please wear bright colors.
