Robbie Louise Chapman of Alpharetta, GA passed away at 5:35 pm Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Embracing Hospice facility in Cumming, GA at the age of 94. Mrs. Chapman, the first of four children of Tice K. and Eary Elizabeth Bain, was born March 3, 1918 in Steele, MO. She married Wilbur C. Chapman on September 26, 1938. They spent most of their married life in Sikeston,MO and Lincoln, CA. She is survived by two brothers; Lowell “Snookie” Bain of Van Buren, MO and James K. Bain of Temecula,CA; three children, James Russell Chapman of Plymouth, CA, Gary W. Chapman of Alpharetta, GA and Karen Sue Breedlove of Morley, MO; six grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband on January 8, 1995, and a brother, Louie Mack Bain of Sikeston, MO, on May 24, 2010. Mrs. Chapman was a loving mother and an active member of Crabapple First Baptist Church in Milton, GA where she enjoyed the “Joy” Sunday School Class and senior activities. At her request, no funeral service will be held. Those desiring to honor her life may make a donation to Embracing Hospice or the mission fund at Crabapple First Baptist Church.
