

Louise Sibi Pirozzi, age 79, of Roswell, Georgia passed away on March 9, 2021 after a brief illness. Louise was born on June 29, 1941 in Jersey City, New Jersey and grew up in Hillsdale, New Jersey. After high school, she attended Montclair State University and then Traphagen School of Design. At age 21, she moved to Los Angeles where she found herself at the top of a teenage sportswear company. She then went back to Montclair State where she graduated with a degree in Art Education. She later worked at the Cinderella Company in New York City, designing children’s clothing.
She married in 1965 and soon after had her first child, beginning her dream of being a wife and mother. She was fortunate to be able to stay home and raise her four children. She was very involved in their schools, most specifically related to the Cultural Arts. She later taught preschool at St. Andrew in Roswell. Louise loved to knit, read, journal, draw and paint. She was a plethora of information and as a lifelong Catholic was very strong in her faith. She never met a stranger and saw the good in all people.
Her children and grandchildren were her greatest love and they loved her so much.
Louise was preceded in death by her father, Emil Sibi; mother, Mary Sibi; brother, Bobby Sibi and grandson, Will Harrison.
She is survived by her four children, Lisa Harrison of Birmingham, Alabama; Chrissy Scartz (Nick) of Maitland, Florida; Donnie Pirozzi (Christa) of Brookhaven, Georgia ; Michael Pirozzi of Roswell, Georgia and her 6 grandchildren: Emily Harrison, Mary Elizabeth Harrison, Reed Harrison, Sophie Scartz, Thomas Scartz and Emilia Pirozzi.
A funeral mass for the family will be held on March 20, 2021 at St. Andrew Catholic Church at 10:30am. It will also be live-streamed for viewing. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriner’s Foundation, Feed the Children, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of choice.
