Mrs. Ludie Slate,96,of Atlanta entered into God's care on May 15,2012. She will long be remembered for her unconditional love and great sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her husband,William (Bill) Slate in 1975. Surviving family include daughters, Sandra (Jerry) Durand,Sherry (Clay) Springfield; grandchildren, Deb, Mike, Ellen, Dee, Jim, Aprill, Ray, Taylor, Suzanne and four beloved great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-5 pm with the funeral service held at 5 pm, Sat, May 19th both at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, Ga 30076. Roswell Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
