Margaret Eidson Garrett

Margaret was born on February 17, 1937, in Ocilla, Georgia, to the late Clarence and Eunice Eidson. One of twelve children, she learned the value of family early in life.

She enjoyed a career as an office manager for an oncologist’s office, where she made a lasting impact on those around her. Outside of work, Margaret found joy in golfing, reading, playing the keyboard, and vacationing. Always impeccably dressed, she had a graceful presence and a vibrant spirit.

Above all, Margaret was devoted to her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a cherished sister.

She is survived by her son, Christopher Wright (Tiffany Morris); granddaughter, Kali Reaves (Seth); great-grandchildren, Maeve and Stetson; and her beloved sister, Audry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Garrett, and her other siblings.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roswell Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Roswell Funeral Home. Margaret will be laid to rest at Green Lawn Cemetery.
