Born on September 20, 1955, in Erie, Pennsylvania, Marla was a kind, friendly, and caring person who touched the lives of many. She enjoyed gardening, canning the food she grew, antiquing, collecting antiques and coins, and had a special love for animals. She also shared many happy times attending Porsche Club events with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Pearl Hotchkiss, and her sister, Sandy Sterling. Marla is survived by her husband, Louis Broyles of Canton, Georgia; her brothers, David Hotchkiss and James Hotchkiss; her sister, Carol Jara; five stepchildren; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Marla will be lovingly remembered for her warmth, generosity, and caring spirit.
