Mary Cash, 87, passed away on August 4, 2024. She was born on April 11, 1937, in Columbus, GA, to the late Talmadge and Lula Stroup. Mary grew up in Roswell, GA and she was a graduate of Roswell High School. She worked for 28 years as a data processor at Cotton States Insurance before retiring.
Mary was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church and had a passion for reading. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose warmth and kindness touched many lives.
She is survived by children, Phillip Cash and Paula Manus (Brian); grandchildren, Michael (Erin), Daniel (Claire), and Courtney; and great-grandchildren, Everett and Skyler. Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dorris Cash.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 5-8 PM and on Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 12-2:30 PM at Roswell Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:30 PM. Mary will be laid to rest next to her husband at Green Lawn Cemetery following the service.
