

She grew up in Oshkosh Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin where she earned a degree in Nursing. For a short time, she served our country in the United States Air Force.
Mary Jo was a beloved mother of two boys. She was known for her kindness and faithful dedication to her family and helping others at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Throughout her life, Mary Jo achieved many accomplishments in Nursing and touched the lives of countless individuals through their caring approach to giving cancer treatment/aid.
She will be deeply missed by her son Chris and his wife Rena, Hugh and his wife Elizabeth, her grandchildren Catherine, Grayson, Hayden, Houston, MaKenzie, Mallory, and Holly, her great granddaughter Avery, her sister Margaret and her niece Jenny along with all her friends from Denny’s and Sacred Heart hospital.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on March 24th at Big Lagoon State Park (12301 Gulf Beach Hwy Pensacola, FL) at 11am to celebrate Mary Jo's life and honor her contributions to our family and the world. Dress will be casual beach attire. Please wear purple, as it was her favorite color.
