Mary Teresa Mazzullo, 87, of Cumming, GA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 24, 2010. She loved to be outdoors and felt most at home on the beach by the ocean. Mary loved life, food, and her family and was defined by her faith and her love of God. She was preceded in death by her loving husband for eternity, Joseph J. Mazzullo; her parents, Luigi and Lucia Meli; and her sister, Concetta Pallotta; and is survived and beloved by her daughter, Georgia Wilke and her husband, Ray, of Alpharetta, GA; her sons: Salvatore Mazzullo and his wife, Chellie, of Wichita, Kansas; Louis Mazzullo and his wife, Lydia, of Denver, CO; and James Mazzullo, of Vancouver, WA; her sister, Rose Benvenuto, of Fort Myers, FL; six grandchildren, Joseph Mazzullo, Helaine Rusco, Mary E. and Emma Mazzullo, and Vanessa and Liezl Wilke; great-grandchildren, Clara and Sasha Rusco; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass to celebrate her life was held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Cumming, GA. Memorial donations may be made to EWTN via www.ewtn.com, or the American Cancer Society.
