Born on January 6, 1932, in Cork, Ireland, Mary Ann carried the warmth, strength, and spirit of her Irish roots throughout her life. In 1954, she and the love of her life, Michael John O'Driscoll, began a new chapter together by moving to the United States. They were married in 1957 and built a loving home where they raised their family with unwavering devotion.
Mary Ann was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy came from caring for those she loved. She had a gentle nature and was known for being the peacemaker of the family, always offering wisdom, kindness, and a calming presence. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting, and she never passed up an opportunity to enjoy a shopping trip.
She leaves behind her children, Liz Mary Thomas (Chris), Kevin O'Driscoll, and Michael O'Driscoll (Shirley); her grandchildren, Courtney, Kelsey, Kylie, Corbin, and Michael; and her great-grandchildren, Cameran, Leah, and one precious great-grandchild on the way.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael John O'Driscoll, whose memory she treasured throughout the years.
Though deeply missed, Mary Ann's legacy of love, compassion, and quiet strength will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
In accordance with her wishes, Mary Ann will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband in Ireland at a later date.
