Patricia D. Garrison, 68, passed away on January 29, 2016. A graveside service will take place at Westview Cemetery on February 4, 2016 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to United Cerebral Palsy, www.ucp.org, or to the March of Dimes, www.marchofdimes.org.
