Rosie was the epitome of joy. Although she and Bob attended St. Michael's CC, she would occasionally join us at the 8:00 Mass at Transfiguration CC. Everyone around us new her and were excited to see her come in to join us. Rosie exuded joy for life. As a friend, she was loyal and dedicated. As as a golfer she was patient as and encouraging. She was the authority on rules to.
I was as always in awe of her positivity. A light has gone out with her passing and she is missed.

Rosie was a great friend for many years and she was always full of love and laughter. I will miss my “sleepovers “ I always had with Bob and Rosie when I came to visit my family in Atlanta.
Rosie loved life and fought a brilliant battle before becoming an Angel. Rest In Peace dear friend. You will be missed but remembered fondly.

In 1973 my wife Cindy and I introduced my Salem College buddy Bob to Cindy’s coworker and friend, Rosie Bedway. We accompanied them on their first date to the Bella Via restaurant in Wheeling, W.VA. It was evident to Cindy and I that it was love at first site. Bob and Rosie have built a beautiful life together and they were truly soul mates. Although we’ve lost a dear friend God had gained a wonderful Angel in Heaven. May peace and love be with Bob, family and friends.

Rose Mary you were an inspiration to me and all who knew you. Your smile was always front and center, and that made us all smile. Loved playing golf with you, seeing you every day walking no matter how you felt, and giggling at bunko games. I will miss you terribly. Love you, Mary

A woman, a friend who not only showed us how to live a beautiful life through her kindness to each of us, her willingness to share her infectious laughter & illuminating smile always but also who showed us how to leave a beautiful life through her unwavering "cup half full" attitude which has comforted us all.
Like many I feel cheated not to have had more years together but I also feel honored & truly blessing to call you my friend and although my heart is broken today I know we shall meet again.

She was such a sweet warm person. Was the first one to welcome us to the neighborhood with her freshly baked cookies. She would call me her little Indian sister. Was so loving to my children. She was so thoughtful to bring us a cake when my mom was leaving back for India.Always full of enthusiasm and life, we celebrated all festivals together in the cul-de-sac.
Her smile will always remain with us!
We Will really miss her terribly💐

Rosie, you have been gone just a short while, but your laughter is heard daily. It breaks our hearts you had to leave us so early, but what a blessing it was to know you. There was so much to be learned from you; your deep belief in your faith, your internal strength was certainly unparallel to anyone, your abundance of love for Your Bobby and your friends, your cooking and baking was absolutely phenomenal. Your gift of giving (be it love, time or material things), was breathtaking as was the energy you displayed for life all the time. We talked often that actions speak more than words, and your actions spoke volumes.
We know the last 2 years of your fight was not only for you but for Bobby. You were scared that Bobby would not be able to take care of himself if you weren’t here. Well, he showed in the last 6 months just how much he can do and how much he did do for you. He is going to be sad and lonely without you, but he will never be alone as you two have so many loving caring friends. We will have Bourbon ready for him at all times.
I’m not much into writing on obituary pages, but this one is so special to me, I had to write and say, “Rosie, you are the Bomb”! Thank you for all the laughter and your craziness. You are special.

People aren’t always blessed to be able to call their neighbor their friend too. I couldn’t have asked for a better neighbor. She was always so kind and thoughtful and made the best chocolate chip cookies. Her awesome smile and laugh will be forever etched in my memory.

God Bless You Bob and may he help get you and Cousin Art through this difficult time. I have so many fond memories of her during our younger days. It's been a long time since we saw each other but it is still so hard to think of her passing. Her mom and dad, Aunt Jenny and Uncle Art, were so good to Judy and myself. I still miss them to this day.
