Please join us on December 17th to celebrate, reflect and remember a fun loving, kind and gentle man.
We all have so many great memories of Roy’s sense of humor and practical jokes. Roy was a man of many talents and interests. His entrepreneurial spirit resulted in many successful ventures; from building homes to raising cattle, and establishing one of the oldest businesses in Roswell. But above all, God and family always came first in his life. He was a loving son and brother. He was a devoted husband, first to Mary Ellen for 36 years and then to Sarah for 25 years. He was always present with support, encouragement and love for his two daughters. Roy had a very special place in his heart for his grandchildren and two great grandchildren. They could do no wrong in his eyes.
Everyone Roy touched has a favorite “Roy Story”.
Roy’s life sets a great example for all of us. He was faithful, loyal, kind, caring, fair, honest, generous, respectful and a gentle man.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 17, 2018 from 12:00 pm till 2:00 pm at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 mansell Rd. Roswell, Ga. 30076. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Roswell Funeral Home, with a gradeside service to follow.
