Ms. Cowart worked at Wells Fargo and was a member of American Legions. She was also a dedicated fan of UGA and loved yardwork and flowers.
Ruby Cowart is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Cowart.
She is survived by daughter, Cheryl Scarbrough (Keith); son, Douglas Cowart (Michael); and grandson, Matthew Tattlebaum.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27 at 12 PM with a Celebration of Life officiated by David Scanhand to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to UGA.
