Ruby A .Norman, formerly of Atlanta, GA passed away on Dec 5, 2012 at National Health Care in Anderson SC. She was a member of Word of Life Church, formerly Colbert Congregational Holiness Church in Colbert, GA since she was 25. Ruby was the wife of the late Rev. C.W. Norman. She was preceded in death by her father, Gus Franklin Kirk and mother, Daisy Mae Reeves, brother, Charles Franklin Kirk and son, Charles Wesley Norman. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Judith Anne and Neal T. McGrath of Anderson SC; granddaughter Kristy Anne McGrath, grandson John Wesley Norman, great grandchildren, Rebecca, Carson and Delaney Norman and Morgan McGrath, daughter in law, Patricia Norman; family friend and caregiver Deborah White. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, Dec 9, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Roswell Funeral Home with the Reverend Herman Nations officiating, she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband at Green Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, at Roswell Funeral Home from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Roswell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
